Call for Presentations

The TRB Environment and Energy committees will soon launch a call for presentations for our summer meeting in 2020.  More information will be posted soon! In the meantime, our planned schedule at a glance is below:

Patron support is non-refundable and payment must be made for benefits to become available.

When registering for the patron package, you can enter the name of one person to receive complimentary registration. If the patron package includes more than one complimentary registration, instructions on how to register the additional individuals will be emailed; allow 5-7 business days for processing.

*Three Platinum patron opportunities are available and each includes sponsorship of one event. Events include the Sunday evening reception, Monday lunch and Tuesday lunch (limit 1 patron each, assigned on first requested basis). Sponsorship includes having patron’s company name associated with the name of the event in the program book and on website, plus a sign at the event acknowledging the sponsorship.

** Recognition (organization name with link to patron’s home page) will be provided on the conference website. Additional recognition (organization logo) will be provided on displayed signage. Prominence on signage will be greater for higher levels of patronage.

NOTE: Exhibit registration is not included and must be made separately.


Exhibit Opportunities

Exhibit tables are limited and will be provided on a first requested basis for $750.

Exhibit tables are available only to conference registrants and patrons. Subject to availability, you will be given the option to purchase an exhibit table at the time you register as an attendee or patron.

Your representative at the exhibit table must be a conference registrant. (If you become a patron, you receive one or more complimentary registrations as part of your patron package.)

Purchase of an Exhibit table is non-refundable and payment must be made for benefits to become available..

  • One skirted 6-foot table
  • Two chairs
  • One power connection
  • Listing in the program and on the conference website*
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided to all registered conference attendees

*Each exhibiting company that provides contact information, brief company description, and logo by June 1, 2020 will be listed in the printed program.

Setup:  Sunday afternoon
Exhibits Open:  Monday and Tuesday
Teardown: Wednesday morning

Exhibitors will be responsible for ordering and paying for their own shipping, and any other services directly from the hotel or designated vendors.

Distribution of literature may be made only from the exhibit.

Security will not be provided. Please be sure not to leave items of value unattended since the exhibit space is located in public space. TRB and the hotel are not liable for damage or loss to exhibitor’s property through theft, fire, accident, or any other cause. Exhibitors should insure their exhibits and display materials. TRB will not assume liability for any injury that may occur to conference attendees, exhibitors or their agents and employees, or others. The exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless TRB and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and contractors for any and all claims, losses, costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs), damages and/or injury to property and persons (including death).

TRB reserves the right to make final decisions for any and all exhibit matters not specifically covered herein that may arise.
