TRANSED-DRT POST-CONFERENCE
SUBMITTING A PAPER FOR PUBLICATION IN THE TRANSPORTATION RESEARCH RECORD (TRR)
SPECIAL COLLECTION FOR HIGHLIGHTS

TRB and planning committee members of the TRANSED-DRT Conference virtually convened on September 12-16, 2022 encourage submissions of full papers on research, practice, and policy issues concerning the current state of knowledge in the important areas of accessibility and mobility of the elderly and persons with disabilities, as well as demand responsive transportation. This invitation is applicable to all TRANSED-DRT authors of an abstract that was accepted for presentation for a technical session or poster session presenters during the conference. Full-length papers will be peer-reviewed and considered for publication in a special collection of the Transportation Research Record, TRB’s journal.

For your paper to be considered for this TRR special collection, it must be submitted by 11:59pm ET, 30th November 2022

HOW TO SUBMIT:  To submit a paper, navigate to the following website - https://www.editorialmanager.com/trr/default2.aspx. If this is your first time submitting a paper to the TRR, you will need to register. On this page, you can also find additional instructions for authors. 

Once logged in, select Submit New Manuscript under New Submission heading. Next, in the dropdown menu under Select Article Type, select Special Collections.  Following this, you will be asked to upload your paper.  When selecting a Section/Category, select TRANSED-DRT Highlights.

IMPORTANT:  If you have already submitted, but did not select the correct article type nor category, please email TRR@nas.edu with your assigned paper number for correction.

The Transportation Research Record (TRR) is owned by the National Academy of Sciences and published by SAGE Publications. Each annual volume contains 12 monthly issues, as well as special collections of the TRR, which are available via subscription or TRB Sponsorship. The TRR publishes original, timely research on all areas and modes of transportation. This method of peer review is single blind and strives to elevate papers to their highest potential.
