Symposium Attendance Scholarship Application
A limited number of scholarships intended for individuals that need financial assistance to participate as presenters in the Symposium will be awarded to selected candidates. The number of scholarships awarded will be based on budgetary constraints and surplus sponsorship revenues and will include a registration fee waiver and travel stipend up to $500. Selection of awardees will be conducted by the symposium planning committee and will be based on the responses to this SURVEY.
