PRESENTATION DESCRIPTION
SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY
Liza is the Ecosystem and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist at Eve Air Mobility, which is developing an electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (eVTOL), an urban air traffic management solution, and a suite of services to support eVTOL fleet operators. Liza leads Eve's efforts to prepare the ecosystem that will enable safe, accessible and sustainable urban flights.
Leveraging her two decades of experience in integrating human factors considerations into air traffic management operations, Liza has contributed to Eve’s Urban Air Mobility (UAM) Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) that have been tailored for and tested with different international cities. These CONOPS examined the technological, infrastructural, and regulatory requirements needed to launch and scale UAM. She regularly engages with stakeholders to listen and understand the ways in which UAM must deliver benefits and address different community priorities.
Liza is passionate about democratizing UAM and believes that it can have positive community impacts. UAM can simplify urban mobility, particularly for people with disabilities, accelerate how we decarbonize mobility, and create myriad economic opportunities for future generations.
