SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY
Zach is an aviation planner with 12 years of experience serving state DOTs and airport clients. Zach’s particular area of expertise is in state aviation system planning as well as airport master planning and airport layout plan development. In his 12 years with Kimley-Horn, he has had the opportunity to work on over 15 aviation system plans and economic impact studies across the US as well as in his home state of Florida. In addition to his work on system plans, Zach also has served numerous clients in developing airport master plans and airport layout plans. More recently, Zach has also served airports with design services including runway rehab projects and greenfield taxiway design. Zach has a passion for developing GIS solutions for clients – including asset management and capital improvement program maintenance. In addition to being a certified planner, Zach was named to the Airport Business Magazine’s ‘Top 40 Under 40’ in 2017 – recognizing aviation professionals across the country.
