Biography
Anant is a Principal with Deloitte and specializes in designing and delivering integrated digital platform solutions (operating systems) to public and private sector entities. Anant’s early Deloitte career focused on building and scaling platforms for the telecommunications industry, an expertise that he taken to several industries and sectors since, including designing and delivering connected Vehicle operating systems for Global Automotive Manufacturers and Telematics Service Providers. Anant is the lead of Deloitte’s Future of Mobility practice where he is the chief architect for Deloitte’s work on mobility operating systems and co-author on the World Economic Forum’s 2018 paper on a seamless integrated mobility system. More recently, Anant took on a leadership role in Deloitte’s recently announced SC&E (Sustainability, Climate and Equity) offerings and is leading cross-industry efforts to design operating systems for food, energy, waste, and water domains.

Biography
Josh Sawislak is an internationally recognized advisor on climate and disaster resilience and
sustainable development and is a managing director at Deloitte Consulting, LLP. He advises
governments, corporations, international organizations, and NGOs on building sustainable and
resilient infrastructure and business opportunities in both the developed and developing world.
His expertise includes decarbonizing the built environment, emerging efforts around assessing
and pricing climate and disaster risk in financial portfolios and corporate facility assets, and
continuity planning and disaster risk reduction for communities and the private sector.
Mr. Sawislak served briefly in the administration of U.S. President Joe Biden as a senior advisor
on executive actions and the COVID-19 response during the first 120 days of the administration.
He also served in the Biden-Harris presidential transition team working on agency review and
climate and economic issues. Previously, in the Obama administration, he was the Associate
Director for Climate Preparedness at the White House Council on Environmental Quality, where
he developed U.S. federal policy on climate adaptation and resilience and worked with foreign
governments and international organization on multilateral efforts.
