Biography
Becky Rude is a senior environmental planner specializing in planning and compliance for transportation infrastructure on federal lands. Over the past 18 years, Becky has managed project delivery within uniquely challenging and sensitive public lands from Point Reyes National Seashore in California to Tonto National Forest in Arizona. She is currently managing the resilience assessment and environmental compliance process for the Northeast Entrance Road project within Yellowstone National Park.

Mark Vessely is geotechnical engineer in BGC’s Golden office and serves primarily transportation and energy pipeline clients managing operational risk from geohazards. Mark has over 28 years of experience across project types ranging from highway corridor improvements, new signature bridges, and geotechnical asset management implementation.
