Biography
Nicole Silva is a Program Supervisor at the South Coast Air Quality Management District and has over 12 years of experience working on various air quality and air pollution reduction programs. Since July 2022 she has been supervising the team that implements the Warehouse Indirect Source Rule for 3,500 warehouses. As Program Supervisor, Nicole supervises a team of air quality specialists working on rule interpretation, auditing, compliance assistance (including a variety of training tools), outreach and education, Governing Board updates, and developing the rule's online reporting system. In her career at the agency, she has also served as a rule writer, community program author, and air quality inspector implementing agency and state rules.
