Speaker Biography
Daisy Wall works closely with transit agencies, cities, Departments of Transportation and other public entities to build and execute on the vision for sustainable, accessible, safe and reliable mobility with autonomy.
At May, she oversees business development, sales, policy and advocacy for the Government sector. Her days are filled with forging business partnerships, filling transportation gaps for those who need it most, advising on policy and regulatory issues, and working with industry leaders to shape the evolving AV landscape.
Daisy has fifteen years of experience in mobility, in different leadership roles. Prior to May, she was Head of Market Expansion at Uber Transit. She was also Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing Global Sales, Government Affairs, Marketing, and Community Engagement teams during her tenure at Routematch (now Tripspark), a software company. Throughout this time, she’s focused on purpose-driven, transformative mobility approaches and its social impact on communities. Daisy has also helped launch transit tech in the areas of automated faring, analytics, mobile apps, and microtransit. Daisy is on the Board of the Autonomous Vehicle Industry Association (AVIA), has previously served on the Board of the Georgia Transit Association, is a Regional Leadership Institute alumna, and is active with the American Public Transportation Association and Community Transportation Association of America. She holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.Phil in Social and Political Sciences from University of Cambridge, England.
