Presentation Description
AV technology and its deployment need trust in society. To achieve this, safe and reliable systems are needed. The presentation indicates the method to validate automated driving system technology (ADS) by applying a comprehensive approach covering several pillars. This allows to address a wide range of functions for complex systems like ADS. For the operational part of AV technology further aspects are essential like a well-designed HMI and the ability for communication skills with other road users.
