    Presenter bio: Dr. Samer Dessouky is a professor in Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Texas at San Antonio. He has more than 18 years of experience in highway construction materials, sustainability and safety. He is the author of more than 90 refereed publications on pavement management, energy harvesting and motorists safety. He is a professional engineer in Ohio and Texas.
