Bio: Sue McNeil is Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Public Policy and Administration at University of Delaware. She serves as the department chair and is also a Core faculty member in the Disaster Research Center at University of Delaware. Her most recent research includes the impact of natural hazards and climate change on physical infrastructure and asset management with emphasis on resilience.

YuanChi (Daniel) Liu is a Ph.D. candidate in the joint PhD program in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Delaware and Civil Engineering at National Chung Hsing University. His research interests focus on transportation infrastructure management and optimization. His most recent research focuses on the impacts of natural disaster and climate change and optimal resource allocation for disaster recovery of transportation infrastructure.
