Dr. Alan O'Connor is a Professor in the Dept. of Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. He is a Fellow of that institution (FTCD). He is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland (FIEI). He has extensive national/international experience in infrastructure risk analysis and probabilistic safety assessment. He has advised clients such as: The Irish National Roads Authority, The Danish Roads Directorate; The Norwegian Roads Authority and The Dutch Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management; in addition, Irish, Danish, and Swedish Railways.

Bio: Steven Olmsted is with the Arizona Department of Transportation. He assists with delivering ADOT’s $1B annual construction program. He currently manages innovative programs for sustainable transportation, resilience, EDC 2-D thru 5-D design engineering implementation, and a USGS water modeling partnership, He also oversees ADOT's NEPA Assignment program and assist as a core team member for major corridor studies and regional transportation planning efforts. In addition, Steve previously held several finance, budget and resource management position at ADOT.
