Sean Sullivan has served as the Executive Director of the Tampa Bay Regional Council for nearly five years. The Council serves six counties and 21 cities throughout the Tampa Bay Region. Mr. Sullivan spent over 30 years working in the Planning, land use, environmental, zoning and public transportation fields. Prior to joining the Council Sean worked at the Federal Transit Administration in Cambridge Massachusetts where he managed capital projects, environmental compliance and operational finances for transit agencies throughout New England. Mr. Sullivan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and a Master in Public Administration from Suffolk University in Boston.

Bio: Allison G. Yeh, AICP, LEED Green Associate is an Executive Planner & Sustainability Coordinator with the Hillsborough Metropolitan Planning Organization in Tampa, FL. Ms. Yeh has over 17 years of experience in transportation & land use planning In her current position, she facilitates the development of transportation & land use initiatives and works with stakeholders from local governments, organizations, and regional & federal partners. Her project experience includes transportation disadvantaged, autonomous and connected vehicle, and shared mobility planning. She has also served as a subject matter expert on transportation resiliency planning for FHWA peer exchanges and the National Academies of Science, Engineering & Medicine workshops. Her recent work includes the Resilient Tampa Bay Transportation Pilot Project, Hillsborough LEED Cities and Communities Certification, and various county and regional resiliency planning initiatives. She holds a B.A. and Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
