Speaker Biography
Ariel Wolf leads the Autonomous and Connected Mobility Practice Group at the law firm Venable LLP, where he counsels clients facing complex legal and policy issues and investigations at the intersection of automation, electrification, connectivity, privacy, and cybersecurity. Ariel is a recognized thought leader who works closely with vehicle manufacturers, technology companies, equipment suppliers, software developers, and industry associations to navigate the emerging regulatory landscape being transformed by automotive and mobility technology. He is ranked by Chambers and Partners USA, the Legal500, and the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Awards. Previously, Ariel served as a senior official in the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of the Secretary, and as a senior advisor in the United States Senate. He received his J.D. from Georgetown University and his A.B. in Government from Harvard University.
