Biography
Lenae Clements earned a Master's in Social Work with a emphasis on Community and Administrative Practice from the University of Oklahoma. She spent the first 10 years of her professional career with the State of Oklahoma working in public health providing guidance to communities as they addressed a multitude of burdens. Her relationships with these communities and her work with active transportation policies led her to start working for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) in 2016. She has continued assisting communities and is now a local expert regarding the intersection of public health and transportation. Due to her understanding of the connection of public health, policy and transportation she is now ODOT’s Program and Policy Analyst and works with ODOT staff to implement the Justice40 Initiative.
