Audra K. Bandy currently serves as an Environmental Protection Specialist at the Federal Highway Administration at the USDOT Headquarters in Washington, DC. She offers a broad transportation perspective having previously worked in local government and the private sector. She is passionate about equity, transportation safety, and the promotion and retention of underrepresented groups in the transportation industry. She is the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee Chair for WTS-DC and is actively involved with TRB. Ms. Bandy holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and a Certified Public Manager.
