Speaker Biography
Anitra Krishnan is a High School Sophomore at Lawton Chiles High School. She is passionate about Environmental Science, and focusing on how to design products, and how we make our community more sustainable. She has been a part of the National Magnet Lab Alumni Centered Decisions Council since 2022. She is the Lead Ambassador for The Girl Flo Project, and the President of The Girl Flo Project Chiles. The Girl Flo project is a non-profit that provides students that are suffering with period poverty with menstrual products. She has been a Leadership Intern at Camp Invention, a STEM camp for children ages 4-11. She has been a dancer for 10 years and is well versed at both classical Odissi dance and Indian film music. She recently started teaching young students Odissi, an Indian classical style of dance.
