With over 18 years of experience in tolling, Andrew Peppard has driven multiple projects for electronic toll collection solutions, back office delivery, and strategic initiatives around Kapsch's technology roadmap. He is a member of IBTTA, TRB, and OmniAir industry groups and a direct contributor on working groups such as National Interoperability, Government Affairs, Road User Charging, and Emerging Technology. He provides real-world insights on how technology and policy decisions impact agencies and drivers alike.
