This session will cover how Fitch Ratings approaches credit ratings for managed lane projects in the U.S. and will go in depth on which risk drivers we focus on in our forecasting. It will also touch upon how Fitch's views on forecasting managed lanes have evolved over the years and our outlook for what is yet to come.

Speaker Biography

Anita is a New York-based Director in Fitch Ratings’ Global Infrastructure and Project Finance group. She is the sector lead for the managed lanes portfolio in the U.S. and covers a large portfolio of managed lanes and toll roads alongside other infrastructure and project finance credits. Prior to Fitch, Anita was a debt capital markets investment banker covering Asia Pacific corporates and project finance with ANZ and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Anita is New York University’s Stern School of Business alumni.
