Speaker Biography
Mr. Martin is a senior transportation planner and project manager with a focus on collecting, managing and analyzing multi-modal transportation data to provide insight on complex planning issues for informed decision making. His specialty stems from serving Florida DOT by providing strategic guidance for the agency’s transportation data analysis practices and emerging technology trends. He has helped the Florida DOT improve data quality and consistency and is currently involved in data analytics and visualization for public and agency consumption. He earned his Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree at the University of West Florida and his Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of Florida.
