Speaker Biography Dr. Stacey Bricka, PMP®, is a Senior Research Scientist with MacroSys Research & Technology. Stacey has 30+ years of experience in transportation data research and analysis with a focus on emerging survey methods, data sources, and related technologies, standardization of data, and facilitating consensus across stakeholder groups. She works with government agencies as they look to refresh their travel behavior data programs. Stacey is experienced in facilitating meetings and workshops and enjoys leading those focused on identifying and prioritizing tool needs and features. She serves as Chair of the TRB Data & Data Sciences Section and holds a PhD in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin.

Julia Glickman AASHTO
Speaker Biography Julia Glickman is AASHTO's Transportation Data Program Manager. As part of her responsibilities, she manages AASHTO Census Transportation Solutions program. Julia has extensive experience in data analytics, research management, and stakeholder engagement as well as transportation policy and data use and governance. Julia holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University in environmental science and political science. She is currently pursuing her Master of Public Administration at George Washington University's Trachtenberg School, where she has focused on transportation policy issues, including a project analyzing Census and National Transit Database data to study the relationship between commute times and transit systems in U.S. metro areas.
