Work experience
1994- Current JICE 2020- PIARC TF4.1(Road Design Standard) Member (→ Currently continuing as TC4.6)
I am involved in revising Japan's road design standards. In addition, I am engaged in policy proposals related to Japan's traffic safety measures and road network efficiency. In particular, I am conducting research with the hope that more road spaces will be developed that are easy to use for pedestrians and bicycles.
