Lead Presenter Biography
Jenna Siegel, PE, PMP is a Transportation Senior Project Manager with over 16 years of experience in highway design and safety improvement projects in the public and private sector. She leads roadway design teams on complex projects, including interstate interchanges, roundabouts, widenings, and multimodal facilities in Colorado. Formerly with DelDOT, she managed a $200M highway widening program and led Delaware’s first Diverging Diamond Interchange through conceptual design. With Stolfus & Associates, she delivers innovative, community-focused transportation solutions throughout the state of Colorado. She serves as a roundabout resource for CDOT and local municipalities. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado and a certified Project Management Professional.
