Presenter: Marina Harkot
Bio: Marina Kohler Harkot is a PhD candidate in Urban and Regional Planning at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo, Brazil. She is also researcher at LabCidade. Her work has lately been focusing on subjectivities and how does planning not look at it, by building plans and guidelines that only aim at optimization and "best value for money" practices that end up deepening the exclusion in our cities - especially those gendered ones.
