Women inclusion in the transport system by applying a novel structured methodology: The inclusion diamond and polyhedral individual model.

Bio: Dr. Francisco Santarremigia is a Naval Engineer with a Ph.D. in container terminals. He is the CTO and founder of AITEC (www.aitec-intl.com) with 20 years experienced as consultor and auditor in transport and logistics companies.

His research works have been focused on increasing the safety and the environmental care of transport operations and on digitalization of the transport, especially for dangerous goods. He has also focused on developing new methodologies about corporate social responsability protocols to increase the inclusion of discriminated colectives in the transport system.

He is one of the creators of a new method to address a deep gender study of the whole transport system named Inclusion Diamond and Polyhedral individual model.
