Lead presenter: Katie McCann, Virginia DOT

Biography:
Katie McCann is a Traffic Operations Engineer at the Virginia Department of Transportation’s Central Office, and is the program lead for the Operations Division’s performance measures and data analytics. Katie specializes in mining and analyzing traffic data and she develops reports and tools for regional VDOT staff to monitor traffic performance. Katie received her BS in Civil engineering from Virginia Tech and an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia. She has been with the Virginia Department of Transportation since 2012.
