Presenter Biographical Statement: Jessica Oh joined MnDOT in 2018 in the Office of Land Management to develop a new program to encourage public-private partnerships to care for and enhance the use of state highway right of way. She is currently MnDOT’s strategic partnerships director in the Sustainability and Public Health division. In her role, she is facilitates public-private partnerships supporting alternative uses of right of way, clean energy and connectivity projects, quality of life, equity, greenhouse gas reduction and public health interventions. In addition, Jessica oversees an innovative pilot program embedding an artist in residence in a state DOT with Smart Growth for America, Transportation for America. Jessica worked for nearly 15 years for a national housing and community development organization, where she led strategic initiatives that revitalized neighborhoods and rebuilt community centers, parks, and playgrounds. She has a Master's Degree from the University of Colorado and a BA from Arizona State University.
