Session Description
Human trafficking is an often-overlooked crime that hides in plain sight throughout the nation’s transportation channels. The panel will discuss efforts across the transportation industry to identify, prevent, and combat human trafficking—from Department of Transportation policy to the transit agency perspective to prosecution of such crimes—all with a goal of protecting victims and making all participants aware of the active role we can play.
