Session Description
Working relationships between counsel, engineering and other technical staff are instrumental to an agency risk management program. This session provides insight into the benefits of developing and keeping lines of communication open and provides examples such as developing and training expert witnesses, involvement in core teams and the importance of “water cooler” conversations.
