SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY
Katie is the head of State and Local Policy in the western U.S. at Nuro, working closely with state and local elected leaders, agencies and community organizations in support of electric, autonomous goods movement. Previously, Katie led global policy and government relations in the west for Lime, advancing micromobility around the world, and led state and local government relations for eBay Inc. in the west. Katie has worked at all levels of government on transportation, renewable energy, economic development and innovation policy, starting her career as a policy advisor to U.S. Congressmen Cal Dooley and Brian Baird, and later for the Governor's California Partnership for the San Joaquin Valley and Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearengin. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, and completed graduate studies in public policy at George Washington University.
