PRESENTATION DESCRIPTION
This presentation will take a look at Pennsylvania's Automated Vehicle Incident Response Plan will provide incident management guidance for a broad spectrum of stakeholders including emergency responders and transportation officials in partnership with AV testing companies. The presentation will include an overview of the app which will help emergency responders respond to an incident.
SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY
Gunnar Rhone is the Engineering Specialist in the PennDOT Office of Transformational Technology. He has eight years of engineering experience, which includes CAV pilot planning, deployments and emerging mobility solutions across the country. Notable projects include PennDOT’s ADS Demonstration Project, PennSTART, PA’s Vehicle Platooning Policy and PDD Policy, and Smart Columbus. Gunnar holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and MBA, both from The Pennsylvania State University.
