SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY

Virginia is a graduate of Nazareth College in Rochester NY with a Bachelors in Mathematics Education and has Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has worked in data analysis since her first job out of college, working in various industries from bank marketing to public television user engagement, to beauty product sales. She began working for the New Mexico Department of Transportation in January of 2020 and is currently the Transportation Performance Management Manager responsible for state and federal reporting and the AgileAssets Maintenance Management System. She successfully assisted in the preparation and submission of New Mexico’s Transportation Asset Management Plan, one of the first in the nation to be recertified by FHWA in 2022.
