Simon helps asset-intensive organizations transform their capabilities and outcomes through the tailored application of Asset Management principles.
He has spent over 15 years supporting the transportation sector and has worked with over a dozen transit and transportation agencies across the US and UK. His experience with Asset Management is broad, and includes strategic AM planning, investment planning, asset information, EAM systems, risk management and performance management. Simon conducts IAM-endorsed Asset Management gap assessments, delivers IAM-endorsed Asset Management training and advises organizations on ISO 55000 certification and alignment.
Simon has degree in Mathematics from the University of Leeds in the UK and was awarded the Institute of Asset Management's Diploma with Distinction in 2019. He has served on APTA's Asset Management/State of Good Repair working group since 2018.
