SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY
Jocelyn Jones has worked at FHWA for almost 20 years, currently serving as a Senior Transportation Specialist at the FHWA Resource Center. In this role, Ms. Jones develops and delivers training and technical assistance to State DOTs, MPOs, local governments, FHWA Divisions, and other stakeholders to implement Federal requirements for asset management, freight, and TPM programs. Prior to her work with FHWA, Ms. Jones served as a Freight Planner for the Baltimore Metropolitan Council and worked for several years in the private sector. She holds a Masters of Urban Planning from the University of Michigan and a business degree from Carnegie-Mellon University. She is a member of a private sector industry group, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and a board member of the Baltimore chapter.
