SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY
Herbert is a Vice President at Cambridge Systematics, where he leads CS's Transit + Shared Mobility practice community spanning across planning, analytics, and software teams. In his role, Herbert oversees the Transportation Asset Management practice, which includes a wide variety of clients and projects ranging from asset planning and strategy, process improvement and technology, data analytics and forecasting, reporting metrics and dashboards, and organizational governance. Herbert has worked nationally in the transportation space nearly 25 years. He regularly speaks and writes about topics related to our industry and strengthening capital and operational practices.
