SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY

Brian ten Siethoff is the USA East Region Director for AMCL. He has more than 20 years of experience advising organizations responsible for planning, building, operating, and maintaining our infrastructure. Brian helps his clients realize value from their assets by effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders and
systematically addressing organizational challenges surrounding people, business processes, knowledge, and technology.

Throughout his career, he has helped his clients and the companies he has worked for build capacity and capability, even when faced with shrinking budgets, staff transitions, and shifting organizational strategy. He has conducted training, facilitated assessments of organizational and staff-level capabilities, helped craft job descriptions, led team building exercises, and helped implement years-long change management initiatives.

Brian has Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Civil Engineering, both from The University of Texas at Austin, and he is a Member of the Insitute of Asset Management.
