SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY
Tashia Clemons is a Senior Transportation Specialist in the Office of Stewardship, Oversight and Management. As a member of the Asset Management Team, she provides direction and leadership on Asset Management guidance and regulations. She works with FHWA offices, States, and local agencies to develop and implement Asset Management Plans. In addition, Tashia was the Director of Planning, Environment and Right of Way in the California Division from 2016 to 2021. She has more than 32 years of Federal service and served as the Acting Assistant Division Administrator for the FHWA District of Columbia, Division Office from January to April of 2014. Tashia has a BS degree in Urban Studies from the Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte, NC 1991.
