SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY

Ken is the Deputy Division Administrator for the Federal Highway Administration’s Massachusetts Division office, where he directs activities ensuring that the $ billion million annual federal-aid highway program is effectively implemented.

Prior to joining FHWA, Ken held leadership positions at state and regional transportation agencies, including Massachusetts Deputy Secretary of Transportation; Executive Director of the Massachusetts Office of Transportation Planning; MassDOT Director of Asset Management; and Manager of Regional Systems Development for the Boston Region MPO.

Ken has an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, an M.S. in Civil-Transportation Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the City College of New York, and is a registered professional engineer.
