SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY

Emily serves as Seattle’s Office of the Waterfront & Capital Project’s Asset Management Program Manager. Her career in public service spans over 27 years, with 14 years in an asset management capacity focusing on multi-modal infrastructure. Over her career, she has worked to advance open space land preservation, environmental programs, race and social justice initiatives, sustainable building, public housing, contracting, business process development, and project/construction management. Since 2016, Emily has been actively involved with the Transportation Research Board by serving on the Asset Management Conference Committee, Performance Management Committee, and most recently the Asset Management Committee. Emily holds a B.A. from Seattle University in public administration and is a certified Project Management Professional.
