Presentation Description
This presentation describes the NCHRP 20-123(08) research project to update the user and non-user benefit analysis for highways. Within the power point the work achieved to date is presented along with the work planned for the duration of this research project.
The presentation is going to be used to poll meeting attendees. The polling questions are focused on how existing benefit-cost tools are used, where there may be shortcomings, and what new applications could be put to good use by the attendees.
Speaker Biography
Tyrone is a transportation planner with expertise integrating multiple data sources for asset management, congestion monitoring, travel time reliability, context-classifications, and performance measures. He has developed databased methodologies, processes, and programs for state DOTs, metropolitan planning organizations, and local municipalities.
Tyrone combines his background working for the Florida DOT as a senior transportation analyst with his research and consultant experience to develop processes that incorporate data sources to efficiently plan, operate, and manage transportation systems.
Tyrone combines extensive transportation planning experience with sincerity and passion to provide clients with innovative, well-researched solutions. He has led projects across the country, with a strong focus on performance measures and data analysis. He is known for his dedication to client service and ability to adapt to the needs of a project.
