Conference Registration and Hotel Reservation
Meeting registration is required for all participants (presenters, moderators, discussants, etc.) in lectern-sessions, poster-sessions, and workshops. Once you’ve registered, you’ll be able to book your hotel room at the discounted TRB rate. Please visit the registration page for more information.

Participation Confirmation Email
In late October, each participant will receive an email from TRB with a link to the Annual Meeting Participant Confirmation form. This form must be completed by November 15. You will receive one of these emails for each event in which you are participating, and you need to complete a separate form for each event. Failure to complete the form may result in TRB dropping your presentation from the program.

The Participant Confirmation link will connect you to a webpage with detailed information about your event; contact information for your event’s presiding officer and TRB staff officer; and information about the audio visual equipment provided and presentation guidelines. Please retain these links for future reference.

Preparing a Presentation or Poster
Preparing an inviting, legible, and informative presentation will be the key to your success at the Annual Meeting. For advice on how to make the most of your presentation, see the Poster Instructions (if you’re presenting in a poster session) or the A/V Aids and Speaker Tips (if you’re presenting in a lectern session or workshop).

Uploading a Visual Aid (PDF)
TRB requires paper and invited presenters in workshops and lectern sessions to submit presentations in advance via the Online Visual Aid Submission Site or in the On-site Speaker Ready Room in the Convention Center, Street Level, Salon F. We also encourage all workshop and lectern session presenters to check in at the On-site Speaker Ready Room at least one-hour before their session begins, including those who have uploaded their presentations in advance.

Send your TRB Staff Officer and your event presiding officer any updates as soon as possible.
