This panel session will convene leaders from these agency resilience offices to discuss insights and experiences from their office structure, and how they are advancing resilience efforts in their agency. Panelists will discuss, for example: motivating factors behind establishing the offices, advantages (and drawbacks) of having a dedicated resilience office, how the office structure has advanced resilience efforts in their agency, and highlights and success stories of how each agency is advancing resilience, including their latest advances and breakthroughs and lessons learned for other DOTs. This session will offer participants an opportunity to engage with leaders in the transportation resilience field who can offer insights and the latest advances in integrating resilience into DOT culture and operations.
