Biography
Stacy Williams is an Associate Director for Climate Risk and Resilience at TRC. She has over 16 years of experience supporting strategic planning, development, and administration of climate change programs. She combines broad management experience in climate change policies and programs with an engineering educational background. Ms. Williams’s has provided extensive service to state and federal clientele including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Transportation Research Board (TRB), Massachusetts Executive Office and Energy and Environmental Affairs, MBTA, LA Metro and others. She supports climate risk activities, with a particular focus in organizational risks, transition risks, and integration of project data and materials into an organization’s core functions.
