Session attendees will learn about the State DOT perspectives related to development and implementation of resource conservation and recovery, resiliency and sustainability programs in transportation projects and operations. Based on the session speakers, the session attendees will gain insight into the political and practical viewpoints related to the challenges and opportunities presented by these programs.
