The Guide offers planners ideas for applying equitable engagement best practices that can be deployed in everyday work. This session will spotlight innovative ideas and successful practices for fostering diverse, inclusive and equitable engagement, with a focus on their practical application within the government transportation sector. Our panelists will discuss key barriers and showcase innovative case studies to illustrate how they implement equitable engagement strategies in their work and reflect on lessons learned. The session will culminate in a group discussion where attendees will share their approaches overcoming key barriers and strategies to achieve equitable engagement.
