Sanhita (SAN-HEE-TA) Lahiri, P.E.(Virginia and Florida), PTOE is with Virginia Department of Transportation at Central Office Traffic Engineering Division, and manages the Data and System Analysis program. Her programs include Performance Measures, Roadway Network Analysis, Modeling and Simulation, Travel trends, Policy and Guidance for Traffic Analysis, and Statewide Traffic Engineering Software Training and Management. Sanhita also Cochairs the TRB Standing committee on Traffic Simulation. Originally from India, and having lived in Florida for a while Sanhita enjoys warm weather and pursues photography during her free time.

Raj Ponnaluri
Florida Department of Transportation
Raj V. Ponnaluri is the State Connected Vehicles, Arterials and Managed Lanes Engineer at the Florida Department of Transportation. In addition to leading the state’s connected vehicles, arterial management, managed lanes and connected vehicle programs, he assists with the development of the TSM&O initiatives. He holds a BSCE, MS and PhD in transportation engineering and an MBA. He is a registered P.E., PTOE and PMP. He has over 25 years of experience in Traffic Engineering and Operations, ITS, TSM&O, CAV, WWD, public transportation, and projects and contract management. Raj has published his work in several journals.

Douglas Norval
Oregon Department of Transportation
Doug Norval has over 30 years of experience in transportation engineering and planning analysis. He is a registered professional civil and traffic engineer in Oregon. Doug is currently the lead engineer in the analysis group in the Oregon Department of Transportation Planning Analysis Unit, and is responsible for the Analysis Procedures Manual. He received his Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Oregon State University.

Vicki Haskell
Wisconsin Department of Transportation
Vicki is the State Traffic Engineering Analysis and Data Management Engineer with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Bureau of Traffic Operations in Madison, Wisconsin. She has over 20 years of experience in traffic analysis and modeling. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil Engineering from UW-Platteville and Iowa State University, respectively. She is a registered Civil Engineer in Wisconsin, and California.

Mr. Sturrock has twenty-eight years of experience in transportation engineering.
He currently is a Traffic Engineer with the Federal Highway Administration’s Resource Center Operations Team. Mr. Sturrock was a Key Content Reviewer for the Transportation Systems Simulation Manual, Traffic Analysis Tools Volume III 2019 Update, Scoping and Conducting a 21st Century Data Driven Analysis, Traffic Analysis Tools Volume XIV: Guidebook on the Utilization of Dynamic Traffic Assignment in Modeling, and additional documents.
Prior to joining FHWA, he worked for Illinois Department of Transportation, and consultant firms in the Chicago metro area.
Mr. Sturrock is a Member of the Standing Committee for Traffic Simulation, Highway Capacity Quality of Service and the Committee on Traffic Flow Theory and Characteristics. Mr. Sturrock has Bachelor’s in Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
