About the Conference
Convened by TRB, the 65th Annual Workshop on Transportation Law will be held July 12-15, 2026 in Irvine, CA. Attendees will learn about recent developments in transportation law and policy. A comprehensive agenda will kick off with a panel of senior U.S. Department of Transportation officials from the modal legal offices. This panel will provide updates on the critical issues each are facing. The workshop covers legal issues including those relating to:
