Session Description: Similar to other historic contaminants such as Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), asbestos and lead, PFAS and emerging contaminants that will define a generation. The surface-transportation and aviation industries are seeing, and will continue to see, PFA-related impacts in projects and operations. This session will explore the latest legal, liability, policy, investigation, management, and remediation, strategies to address PFAS impacts in the transportation sector investigation, management, and remediation strategies to address PFAS impacts in the transportation sector.
