Session Description:
We recognize the differences in travel behaviors by gender, but what does that mean to a decision maker, planner, and operator? Gender is a key socio-economic and socio-demographic attribute influencing travel behavior. Through analysis, a better understanding of how gender as an influencer could improve equity in transportation policy and planning.
